We are already half way through 2023! Do you need a break from the daily pressures? Do you want to boost your mood and energy levels with some laughter and fun? Then join us for a 30-minute online session of Laughter for Wellbeing on Tuesday, 20 June at 10:00am!

Laughter for Wellbeing is a playful and easy way to improve your mental health and resilience by laughing with others. You don’t need any special skills or equipment, just a willingness to try something new and have a good time. 

Laughter for Wellbeing involves simple games, clapping and breathing exercises that will make you feel more relaxed and happy. You can do it sitting or standing, whatever suits you best. The laughter will soon become real and contagious. You will feel more connected and supported by your fellow Linkwest members.

Laughter for Wellbeing is a great way to enhance your mindset and learn some techniques that you can use anytime you need a lift. It’s also a wonderful way to empower others with the benefits of laughter. So don’t miss this opportunity to laugh your way to better health and happiness!
