'Staying in Place’ is a game changer for older people in rural and remote WA, turning the traditional approaches to home care and support on its head! It is about local people delivering local services funded by commonwealth home care packages. Now operating in over 45 different WA communities, this keenly sought after and multi award winning model is assisting older people living in small rural and remote communities to stay living in their own home, in the community they love until end of life.

These sessions facilitate networking between organisations leading Staying in Place, promoting learning and sharing to assist Staying in Place to grow.
