Staff
Linkwest staff are responsible for the day to day activities of the organisation and the development of resources and training opportunities for Linkwest member centres. They are chosen not only or their qualifications, skills and experience in community development and adult & community education, but for their dedication to the advancement of Community and Neighbourhood Learning Centres in Western Australia.
Jane Chilcott
Jane has been with Linkwest since May 2009. Initially the Manager for Training and Regional Development, Jane took on the newly created role of Executive Manager in October 2011. Since mid-2012, she has been job-sharing this role with Deborah Miller (below). Jane and Deb, in conjunction with the Linkwest Executive Committee, help steer the organisation towards the achievement of its goals. One of Jane's key strategies for accomplishing this (apart from the application of her extensive human resource and management experience), is the sourcing and supply of edible treats that satisfy the wildly differing dietary requirements of the staff.
Deborah Miller
Deborah, who hails from a strong further education background, joined the organisation as Linkwest’s Manager of Adult and Community Education. Since mid-2012, she has job-shared the Executive Manager role with Jane Chilcott (above), and meets the challenges of her role with an infectious enthusiasm. In addition to helping ' steer the ship' Deb continues to develop and deliver much of the current training that is offered by Linkwest. She is also the star of Linkwest's first ever YouTube video.
Rebecca Davies
Rebecca, Linkwest's Centre Development Manager, has a background in education as well as community development and is currently studying toward a Phd in the Community Development field. As her position title suggests, Rebecca spends a lot of time 'on the ground' in Centres across WA and looking at innovative ways to help Centres reach their goals.

Judy Summers
Judy joined the Linkwest team after working for many years as the coordinator of Beacon Telecentre. She has had a long affiliation with Linkwest, being a member of the Executive committee up until she left Beacon in 2011. As Finance Officer, Judy works closely with the Linkwest Treasurer and Executive Manager, making sure the budget is kept right on track. She is also responsible for payroll, securing her place as most popular person in the office.
Anna Carlino
After nearly two decades with the Commonwealth Bank, Anna got a taste for the community services sector while a playgroup mum at West Stirling Neighbourhood House. Not long after, Anna crossed from ‘the dark side’ and has now been keeping everyone at Linkwest organised for over six years. Anna is often the first person you will speak to when you call, and on the rare occasion she can’t help you, she will know of someone who can!
Jane Billham
Jane brings to her role nearly 20 years’ experience in the marketing field, having applied her skills in a range of industries in both the government and private sectors including education and training, machinery and transport, and business mentoring.
